  Appetizers were ok for being previously frozen. I ordered an Old-fashioned and it was awful. It took over an hour to get our entrees...My son and I ordered med-rare burgers and they were burnt and disgusting. My daughter ordered a chicken breast sandwich and it was also overcooked and freezer burnt. The fries were also not cooked and mostly raw. Just bad. Gave us 50% off food and a free dessert. Will never be back.

  ... It took HOURS for my pretzel bites to be served and the chips and dip and they were delicious. My chicken sandwich was a bit overcooked and my dad and brother said their meals were overcooked as well. Our homemade chips were WAY undercooked (they were just slices of floppy greasy potatoes). We also had a waitress who had no clue what was out and what wasn't (assuming she is a new worker). The other good things were their root beers and desserts.
  
  I can understand if the chef was inexperienced in cooking meats, chicken is literally the EASIEST meat to cook.
